Responsibilities include -
- First point of contact for their customers.
- Will generate targeted sales activities in small business accounts, dormant customer accounts as well as generating product growth in existing accounts.
- Create solutions, ensure a smooth sales process, work closely with Sales, Customer Service & Marketing teams.
- Qualify leads Marketing provides by contacting customers to get an understanding of their current business needs.
- Call on & relationship build with dormant customer accounts that no longer purchase from company.
- Generate new sales of products into existing, dormant, and new small business accounts.
- Distribute larger sales opportunities to outside Sales team.
- Call on new small business accounts.
- Identify product promotions that best suit the customer's needs.
- Work cross functionally with Sales Directors, CCO & Accounting.
- Assist customers with direction on company's ordering & return process utilizing their policies.
- Process all customer orders & returns in a timely manner using Great Plains ERP system.
- Confirm order fulfillment for all orders, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer expectations & transfer any escalated issues to Sales Rep & Management when necessary.
- *Understand company's sales strategies including CAP, sales discounts, promotional incentives, etc.
- Create & Maintain new & existing customer account information.
- Record & track all Sales activities in HubSpot.
- Enter all new leads received as well as possible prospects.
- Track the progress of each sales interaction.
