I have always been fascinated by people dynamics and what makes people tick. I wanted to create a company where people were not treated like a number but instead acted the Golden Rule: Treat people the way you want to be treated.
The mission and vision behind Platinum Edge Inc. is to create a feeling of comfort in finding your place and purpose in a job. For employers, I wanted to emphasize the importance of fit and that a Company Becomes THE PEOPLE they hire and not the plans they make.
It goes once again back to being confident and proud of your accomplishments. With this in mind, you can tailor your job search knowing you have a lot to contribute and the company you choose to be in will appreciate your experience. Be selective. Don't 'throw' your resume to everyone.
We have developed a 'relationship system' where we don't treat Clients like a number. We work with their bottom line and embrace being part of their growth and success. We tailor our fees so that everyone can win in the end.
Again, we are consistently emphasizing to candidates ( employees looking for a job opportunity ) that they should be looking at their next opportunity as a career adventure. We, here at Platinum Edge are motivated and inspired by how we can help; and what service we can provide to each and every person that crosses our path to feel like we care. We have done our best. We are pumped to have them feel like they can conquer whatever obstacle comes their way.
My superpower would be to have people smile from the inside out from gratitude.
I'm still "writing'/living my story so stay tuned for that movie out for release someday.
If you could time travel to any era or historical event, where and when would you go, and why?
I would like to have been at the Stanley Cup game where Bobby Orr scored the flying goal. It has inspired me to be a Bruins fan tically wrap around it.
